Recruitment Consultant - Yeovil Based - £25,000 to £28,000 Depending on Experience + Monthly Bonus Scheme and Uncapped Quarterly Bonus Scheme - Health Care Scheme - Competitions and Reward Schemes - Industry Recognised Training - Birthday Time Off - Office Based Position

Smart Recruitment is expanding our award-winning team in Yeovil to support the growth of our Temporary and Permanent divisions.

The role of Recruitment Consultant is diverse and filled with challenges, but ultimately rewarding. As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will:

• Build relationships to sell recruitment services to both candidates and clients
• Proactively attract candidates
• Provide excellent customer service
• Consult and advise companies on their recruitment plans
• Grow your own business through sales activity on the phone and in person
• Attend client meetings, either face-to-face or via video conferencing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will bring your previous sales experience, determination to achieve results, excellent communication skills (both written and spoken), proficiency in MS Office, and a strong work ethic. If you have previous experience in a sales environment, we will provide the necessary training.
